  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth, efficient operations
  • Enforce food safety and sanitation standards.

  • Prepare high-quality dishes and mentor junior team members

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5+ years of kitchen experience (fine dining preferred)
  • Expertise in food safety & inventory management
  • Experience in high-volume, upscale dining
  • Knowledge of wood-fired cooking is a plus
